RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Palmtree Travel and Tours. Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking.

No refund policy
All tour bookings made with Palmtree Travel and Tours are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of personal plans or travel dates
  • Inability to travel due to personal reasons
  • Visa refusal or immigration issues
  • Medical emergencies
  • Force majeure events such as typhoons, natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions
  • We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure to protect against unforeseen circumstances.


Tour rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that circumstances can change. If you are unable to travel on your originally booked dates, Palmtree Travel and Tours offers a one-time reschedule, subject to the following conditions:

A written reschedule request must be submitted to the Palmtree Travel and Tours agent at least 30 days before your original tour departure date
Rescheduling is subject to availability
The rescheduled tour must be of equal or greater value than the original booking
Any price difference between the original and rescheduled tour must be paid in full before the new booking is confirmed
Reschedule requests made less than 30 days before departure will not be accepted

Each booking is entitled to one reschedule only. A second reschedule request will not be accommodated, and the booking will be forfeited.


No-shows
Guests who fail to appear on the scheduled tour departure date without prior written notice will forfeit their booking entirely. No refund or reschedule will be offered for a no-show.


Tour amendments by Palmtree Travel and Tours
In the rare event that Palmtree Travel and Tours is required to cancel or significantly amend a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer guests the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost. No cash refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
